Community Education

 Local as well as regional experts on important topics such as nutrition, baby care, and heart health are recruited to educate groups ranging in size from a dozen to more than 300. Some Southern AHEC Community Educational Programs include the Cardiovascular, Diabetes, and Pulmonary Symposiums, Women's Health Forums, Go Red, Cancer, and Baby Fest events.
